I had a fantastic week at the Lalila Blue hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and just like the photos, making my stay very nice and comfortable. The service was excellent, with very friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay special. The location was relaxing, and the dining experience was lovely with lots of choices. Overall, great value for money.
The hotel advertises some great features like a private beach and free WiFi, but they fall short of expectations. The rooms are tiny, with only basic amenities provided. The cleaning service is lacking, and additional charges apply for WiFi access outside the reception area.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was modern and very well presented with a great shower and a very comfortable bed, but there were some issues with faults that took a bit of time to resolve. The service was generally good, with helpful staff, but check-in organization could be better. The location was great, close to the city center and the seaside, but initially a bit hard to find. The dining experience was okay, with limited hot food options, and the overall facilities were decent.
